Apis cerana is a honey bee species with cavity hive known as the eastern bee. Honey hives have Indigenous bacteria that antimicrobial potential. are free can synthesize nitrogen compounds, sugars, and other bioactive substances. This study aims to isolate, identify test antibacterial of isolate against gram-positive Staphylococus aureus gram-negative Escherichia coli. used descriptive research method obtain data from laboratory experiments. The consisted isolating bacteria, identifying testing agar diffusion method. results obtained seven isolates AC 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 nests. 1 has similarities genus Streptococcus, 2 Klebsiella genus, while 3 Bacillus 6 Citrobacter genus. bacterial potential where most significant inhibition was shown by (10.79 mm).
